What is it?

The Slithering Gorge is a lore supplement for MÖRK BORG that introduces a new Basilisk, a new location in the Dying Lands, and the origins of a powerful relic. This supplement is strictly lore, per The Nameless Scriptures Lore Jam's rules. No dice, no tables, no mechanics. Though not table ready, may it serve as inspiration for your homebrew game.

This was a mixed media project: a combination of my traditional hand-carved block prints, graphite and ink drawings, clay sculpture, photographs, and digital art—as well as a few public domain images, courtesy of The Public Domain Image Archive.

Inspiration

DEVS THAT HELPED: I created this setting and lore for my holiday homebrew game, inspired by New Year Studio's Hlautbolli: The Blood Cup. So if you want statblocks for creatures that you might encounter in The Slithering Gorge, I recommend checking them out!  And shout-out to Cone of Negative Energy's Hex Kit! I used their map-building tool for my home-game and was inspired by their icons to draw my own for this project's map.
